Dear Reunion Volunteer,

It is my great pleasure to invite you to Reunion Leadership Weekend on September 19 and 20, 2008. The weekend will focus on the role of reunion volunteers and how to plan your special celebration on June 4 through 7, 2009. It is also an opportunity to bring you up to date about the school today. There will be excellent staff and veteran alumni support and plenty of opportunities to interact with students, faculty, and friends.

Enclosed are materials for the weekend. If you have been back for a Leadership Weekend in prior years, you will notice a few changes. This weekend focuses on reunion planning—how to increase attendance, find the perfect reunion favor, and maximize your class reunion giving efforts. NMH staff members and reunion advisory committee volunteers will be on hand to guide you and give you the tools you need to plan your best reunion ever.

The program starts on Saturday morning at 9 am sharp!  Housing and dinner are available Friday evening so you can be ready and fresh for the first meeting. Your should be finished by 3 pm so you can be on your way, or linger awhile to see what’s happening around the campus and cheer on one of the NMH teams.

Highlights you won’t want to miss:

• NMH student panel
• NMH campus tours
• Tours of the Rhodes Arts Center
• Meet with NMH archivist Peter Weis ’78 at Schauffler Library
• Visit the NMH farm
• Watch on-campus sporting events

Your presence on campus sends a strong message of support to our current NMH students and sets the example of how we, as alumni, give back to our school long after we have graduated. Please plan to attend and enjoy a weekend on our beautiful campus with your classmates and NMH friends. Along with my colleagues, I look forward to welcoming you back to NMH this September!
